Amy M. Andersen is a visionary healthcare executive and strategic advisor with over 25 years of experience driving innovation, growth, and investment across the healthcare technology landscape. She is the founder and principal of Cultivate Health Advisors, where she partners with digital health startups, private equity and venture capital firms, and technology and healthcare organizations to accelerate transformation and unlock new market opportunities.
Amy has served in senior leadership roles at Oracle, IBM, Philips, and Kaiser Permanente, where she led initiatives spanning M&A, corporate development, AI strategy, precision medicine, and regulatory innovation.
As an advisor and fractional executive, Amy brings deep expertise in product-market fit, go-to-market strategy, and capital readiness for healthcare startups. She has advised companies in regulatory and policy, growth strategies, and corporate development, helping them secure pilots, scale commercialization, and attract investment. Her career includes shaping health policy at Kaiser Permanente, securing multi-million-dollar innovation grants, and driving health equity initiatives in underserved communities. She is widely recognized for her ability to bridge strategy, policy, and technology to deliver measurable impact.
Amy holds a Master’s in Political Science (Health Policy) from the University of Essex and a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College.
