Ariana operates at the nexus of healthcare, business, and social impact. Her career began as a health educator and community organizer at a Federally Qualified Health Center, laying the foundation for over 20 years of collaborative work with foundations, non-profits, and healthcare leaders driving strategic initiatives and optimizing operations. Ariana excels in mobilizing cross-functional teams,  accelerating strategy projects, and designing creative and practical approaches to impact measurement. She holds a BA in Latin American Studies from Pomona College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
