Cait has spent her career defining growth pathways, building innovative care models, and leading transformation across managed care, home- and community-based services, and digital health. Her work has centered on complex and vulnerable populations, with a particular focus on caregiver engagement and whole-person, integrated support.

Prior to joining Careforth, she provided strategic advisory services to healthcare organizations across HCBS-focused startups. She previously led Strategy, Growth, and Regulatory Affairs at Vesta Healthcare, a tech-enabled care model delivering wraparound clinical services to support LTSS and dual-eligible populations and their caregivers. Earlier in her career she held executive roles in Corporate Strategy & Development at Humana and DaVita, and led Marketing and Market Growth at DaVita Medical Group. She began her career at Deloitte, advising healthcare organizations on technology strategy, product development, and operating model design.

Cait holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA with a concentration in Health Sector Management from Duke University.”.
