Dalibor Frtunik is the CEO and co-founder of Sorsix, a high-growth global healthtech company with headquarters in Australia and core operations in North Macedonia. With over 160 employees worldwide, Sorsix is behind national healthcare IT systems in Macedonia, Serbia, New Zealand, and beyond. Dalibor has been involved in the creation of Sorsix’s health solution, Pinga, since its inception as a platform for connecting the islands of healthcare; as it has grown to become a fully fledged EHR and healthcare workflow solution able to operate at all scales. Dalibor’s career led to healthcare via consulting and software engineering for the public sector and financial institutions; and he holds patents in renewable energy and cell biology. Dalibor is a passionate advocate for public health measure and aims to convince the world that healthcare is not a cost: it is an investment, and ultimately saves money and adds value to society.

Appointed CEO of Sorsix in 2022, Dalibor has presided over an expansion of the company’s healthtech product into North America, the EU, and Southern Africa. He is also Vice President of EHTEL, a leading European digital health association, and a regular speaker at international forums on themes of public health and the role good technology has to play in the transformation of care to deliver critical value to the world’s growing, ageing populations in a time of expanded healthcare need.
