Erin Jospe

Erin Jospe is a physician executive with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and health IT. Designated a woman power player in health IT by Becker’s Hospital Review, she is a sought-after thought leader with a track record of driving transformation in digital health as a means of democratizing access to care and advancing the industry. She has over a decade of experience as Chief Medical Officer in the digital health solution space and was appointed by Governor Baker to the Massachusetts Digital Health Council. She recently co-founded Equapath, a SaaS company working with payers to close gaps in care, and serves as CEO of Lakes Region VNA, a non-profit regional home care and hospice organization with more than 100 years of service to their rural community. Erin earned her MD from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and completed her internal medicine residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She is a graduate of Haverford College.
