Vice President, Driver’s of Health, Centene

Haleta Belai serves as Centene’s Vice President of Drivers of Health. In this role, she leads national teams in designing strategies, partnerships, and tools to address upstream factors that impact health outcomes for underserved communities. Her career has focused on innovative solutions to large-scale challenges in healthcare, education, and nonprofit sectors. Prior experiences include launching and integrating new businesses, designing and scaling innovative health programs and partnerships, driving operational excellence and building high-performing teams. Haleta holds a BA from Columbia University and MBA from USC Marshall School of Business.
