“Jaime serves as Executive Director, Downeast Digital. She is the founder of JoyBridge Strategies, where she has partnered with senior executives and boards at mission-driven organizations on strategy, governance, and health policy.
Before that, she spent two decades providing strategic leadership to the AHRQ Director, leading special projects including educational outreach initiatives, research summits, and roundtable discussions on diagnostic safety, primary care, and health equity. She also worked across HHS and the broader federal enterprise, developing public-private partnerships and stakeholder engagement strategies that extended AHRQ’s reach and impact.
Earlier in her career, Jaime directed a large NIH-funded clinical trial at Mount Sinai and consulted at New York-Presbyterian Hospital.
She holds an M.P.H. in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health and a degree in philosophy from Brandeis University.”
