Kelly Brown is a health policy leader whose career has focused on how healthcare systems can be designed to better serve people, families, and communities that have historically been left behind.

Across leadership roles in the White House, the U.S. Senate, and the private sector, Kelly has directed federal investments in healthcare access, public health, workforce development, and community-based services. Her work has supported the expansion of community health centers, maternal and child health programs, behavioral health treatment, workforce development initiatives, vaccine access, and other efforts aimed at reducing disparities and improving outcomes. Currently, as President and Founder of Bridge Strategies, Kelly advises healthcare organizations and mission-driven organizations on how to navigate complex legislative and regulatory environments. She works at the intersection of public policy and innovation to build partnerships that advance health equity and strengthen communities.

Kelly is particularly interested in how evidence-based policymaking and community-centered care can work together to create systems that meet people where they are and improve outcomes at scale. Drawing on experience from government, healthcare, and the private sector, she believes lasting progress comes when healthcare systems adapt to the realities of people’s lives rather than expecting people to adapt to the complexities of the healthcare system.
