Lesley Bristol
“Lesley leads the Product Roadmap team at athenahealth, an industry-leading health technology company dedicated to creating a thriving healthcare ecosystem for all. The Roadmap team delivers strategic artifacts and amplifies value narratives representing the work of more than 260 Scrum teams supporting 10,000+ healthcare customers. Lesley drives cross-functional alignment across executive leadership, product, marketing, and customer success while mentoring a high-performing team to elevate the story of athena’s product innovation.
Prior to athenahealth, Lesley served as a Director at Health Evolution, a leading convener of the most influential chief executives driving positive change in healthcare. Lesley led Health Evolution’s programming and initiatives dedicated to advancing health equity and the Confab for Advancing Women in Leadership. Lesley also previously worked in strategy and operations at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she managed the implementation of value-based care enablement initiatives and care delivery transformation models in partnership with the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation.
Lesley is committed to building equitable, patient-centered, and collaborative industry solutions and to amplifying diverse thought leadership in healthcare. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Master of Science in Public Health concentrating in Health Policy and Management. She interned at DAI Global Health, collaborating with digital health startup leadership to drive strategic growth and partnership development. Lesley also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and has served in board and committee roles dedicated to community development and global health.”
