Marina Kusserow has been a Business Development Partner at Andreessen Horowitz for the past 3 years, leading and building Andreessen Horowitz’s healthcare business development pipeline and healthcare partnership strategy across payers, providers, and large employers.
Prior to joining Andreessen Horowitz, Marina was part of Unite Us, an ICONIQ-backed social determinant of health tech-enabled startup, as part of their Mergers and Acquisitions team, where she worked on the acquisitions and successful integrations of Carrot Health and Nowpow. Prior to Unite Us, Marina was Chief of Staff for the initial standalone clinical delivery team at Walmart and was responsible for sourcing and deploying value-based partnerships for the company’s emergent clinic business, Walmart Health. Prior to joining Walmart, Marina began her career at Oxeon Partners, a healthcare c-suite recruiting and investment firm based in New York City.
Marina graduated from the University of New York with a degree in health policy and splits her time between New York City and Nashville, TN.
