Dr. Pooja Mittal is the Chief Health Equity Officer (CHEO) for Health Net. She leads the company in developing, implementing, and embedding health equity strategic initiatives into Health Net’s programs, services, and actions to drive positive health outcomes. Her team leads population health and campaign-based outreach and strategic planning for equity-focused benefits.  Dr. Mittal has an expertise in maternal child health and is deeply committed to being an ally in the movement for Black birth
