With over two decades of experience across life sciences, telecommunications, financial services, education, and material sciences at privately-held and Fortune 500 companies, Sharon brings a unique, cross-industry perspective as a strategic global human resources leader. Sharon has led transformative initiatives at the enterprise level—advising boards and executives, optimizing processes, establishing sustainable governance models, leading international teams, and designing total rewards &  people strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Sharon has enhanced the employee value proposition to attract, retain, and engage talent by influencing executive leadership, performing as a player/coach, telling the story behind the numbers, taking a thoughtful approach to relationship management, and collaborating across functions.  This approach naturally aligns with her core values and transformational leadership style.

The result has been delivering innovative employee-centric solutions that ultimately benefit patients by contributing to the business objectives through a comprehensive HR strategy.

Sharon obtained an MBA from Drexel University in Business Administration and Marketing.  Sharon also has a BS from the University of Delaware with concentrations in Finance, Economics, and African American Studies. Her hometown is Philadelphia, PA, and she currently resides in California.  She is a visual artist, global explorer, and believes in a growth mindset.  She is passionate about addressing healthcare disparities, self-care, and STEM education.
