Sheila Phicil is a social change futurist™ and founder of Phicil-itate Change, an innovation studio reimagining health tech through equity and patient-centered design. With nearly 20 years in healthcare, she’s led at BMC, Brigham, Dana-Farber, and the VA. Her first venture, the COMPASS Project, uses AI and blockchain to align startups with real patient needs. Sheila holds dual Master’s degrees, is PMP and FACHE certified, and was selected for CIC’s 2024 Social Impact Cohort.
