Sherry is a seasoned healthcare strategist and Lean Sensei with over 20 years of experience driving digital transformation, hospital operations, and process improvement. During her 16-year tenure at Moffitt Cancer Center, she founded the Human-Centered Service Design, Lean, and Automation teams, lived in the strategy execution space where she bridged the gap between technology and clinical operations to elevate the patient experience, from day to day operations, to care model redesign, to building new hospitals. By integrating Design Thinking, Lean, and Product mindsets, at AVIA, she has led many successful initiatives leading complex health systems from high-level strategy to scaled implementation.
