Sundé W. Daniels is a senior strategy and operations executive with more than 15 years of experience leading organizational growth, operational transformation, strategic partnerships, and innovation initiatives across healthcare, life sciences, academia, and nonprofit sectors. She is known for aligning vision, people, processes, and resources to drive measurable results and sustainable growth.

As Managing Director of the Center for Maternal Health Advancement at Tufts University School of Medicine, Sundé leads strategy, operations, partnerships, and program execution for a nationally recognized women’s health organization. Her career includes leadership roles supporting organizations such as Tufts University, Harvard University, Boston University, Boston Medical Center, and Pfizer. She also serves as a trusted advisor to emerging organizations and founders, helping guide growth strategy, operational effectiveness, and organizational development.
