Sundé W. Currently serving as the Managing Director of the Center for Black Maternal Health and Reproductive Justice at Tufts University’s School of Public Health, Sundé is at the forefront of addressing systemic inequities in maternal health and advancing research-driven solutions for underserved populations.
A trusted advisor at the highest levels, Sundé has been instrumental in supporting appointed experts of national-level task forces addressing systemic healthcare inequities. She also serves as a member of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Maternal Health Task Force, contributing to the Infrastructure Work Group to tackle critical challenges in maternal health systems statewide.

Sundé’s executive acumen is complemented by her academic achievements, including a BA in Biochemistry from Eastern University and an MBA with a concentration in Pharmaceutical Business from Saint Joseph’s University. She has also studied law, further enhancing her ability to navigate regulatory and systemic complexities. In addition to her professional roles, she is a Certified Life Coach, Notary Public, and Certified NFL Contract Negotiator, seamlessly blending strategic vision with operational execution.
