Tamara Goldschmidt

Tamara Goldschmidt is Director of Solutions Strategy at Evolent, where she leads customer performance and value creation for the company’s musculoskeletal and radiology solutions. Her career spans 15+ years designing, developing, and operationalizing tech-enabled health services with a focus on improving access, outcomes, and equity in both the US and global health contexts. She founded Elephant Impact, a strategy and operations consultancy that works with health tech companies and social enterprises to expand healthcare access and build regional innovation ecosystems. Earlier roles took her between tech-enabled health services companies in the US and abroad focused on health systems transformation. She holds an MPH from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Costa Rica.
