As the co-founder of the Sparrow Fund, a $50M seed-stage venture capital fund, Willie invests in U.S.-based technology companies tackling the rising costs of healthcare delivery and patient care. Willie also leads a strategic advisory team at FTW Ventures, focusing on accelerating growth for startups in healthcare, fintech, and AI/ML. Previously, he served as Chief Strategy Officer for Decameron Technologies and Data 360, where he drove scalability and predictive analytics for fixed income and machine learning platforms.
